Since 2000 we have been maintaining the websites of our own clients, and, we have taken over numerous sites for others after they found their original designers were unresponsive or no longer in business. This is far more common than you might imagine.

In general, most changes are fairly straightforward (adjusting prices, updating schedules, etc), so in those cases, the cost is also minimal. We keep a tally of the time, and only charge for what we do. When a major upgrade is requested, we'll discuss the project with you in advance and will provide an estimate prior to beginning the work.
