Work Location: Ahmedabad.

Pay package : between 20-30k per month based on experience
Criteria: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management
- Must have good English Communication Skills
- Must be able to manage team of Sales Counselors and get work out of them as per monthly Quota

Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Manager
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Organizing site visits to clients – local and different cities.
• listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
• cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
